People are at the center of my work because I firmly believe that they are a company's most valuable asset. Each individual brings with them unique talents, experiences and perspectives that are decisive for the success and development of the company.

By focusing on people, I not only promote their individual growth and satisfaction, but also a positive and productive corporate culture. An employee-oriented approach creates trust, motivation and commitment, which has a direct effect on the performance and success of the company.

My career: From vision to reality

With over 30 years of experience in 25 different industries, I am involved in innovations and disruptions in strategic consulting.

Studying and career start

After successfully completing my studies in business administration at RWTH Aachen University, I began my career in plastics sales at Dow Europe in Frankfurt. After 4 years I became purchasing manager for raw materials in Antwerp, after another 6 years I moved to Zurich as a marketing manager.

Continuing education in organizational development

At the beginning of this millennium, I realized that I was fascinated by the topic of organizational development. So I completed my second degree at the University of London. I earned the title Master of Science: Organizational Psychology.

Self-employment and founding

With this new qualification and already 20 years of professional experience under my belt, I set myself up in Switzerland in 2009. PEOPLE & RESULTS was born.

Continuing education and qualifications

Several projects brought me from Switzerland to Holland and then back to Germany. I added various additional qualifications: in addition to accreditation for various analysis methods, I am a certified coach, certified mediator, certified supervisory board. I carry out my projects as an interim manager, consultant, coach, and as managing director.
